Bio

I'm a New York-raised Californian, filmmaker, photographer, partner and parent. My filmmaking began in the Gulf of Mexico, aboard fishing boats and a 4-seat Cessna, documenting the impacts of a deepwater oil spill. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, I spent several years working and learning in New York before moving to the Bay Area in 2015. Today, my independent work is focused on the stories I was drawn to in the beginning, about wildlife, natural systems and people. Some of my recent and ongoing films follow coyotes in San Francisco, newts in Marin County and goats grazing across California.
